Booking & Cancellation Policy
Blissimo Skin & Body Clinic
This policy is in place to ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for all clients, and to protect the time reserved for your treatment.
By booking an appointment with Blissimo Skin & Body Clinic, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & booking fees
All appointments are booked online via our booking system.
- A non-refundable booking fee is required per treatment at the time of booking
- The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment
- The remaining balance is payable at your appointment
Booking fees secure your appointment time and cover preparation and reserved clinic time.
Cancellations & changes
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 48 hours’ notice
- Appointments cancelled or changed more than 48 hours in advance
- Your booking fee will be carried over and credited to your next appointment
- The credit will be held on your account
Less than 48 hours’ notice
- Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the appointment time
- The booking fee will not be carried over or refunded
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where you do not attend
- The full treatment amount will be charged
- This will be automatically charged to the card on file
No-show policy
A no-show occurs when you do not attend your appointment, and no notice has been given.
- All no-shows are charged 100% of the treatment cost
- This policy is strictly enforced due to the difficulty of filling short-notice appointments
Late arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment:
- Your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients
- The full treatment fee will still apply
- In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation
Courses & prepaid treatments
- Course treatments must be used within the timeframe advised at purchase
- Missed or late-cancelled course appointments are deducted from the course
- Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable
Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
- Vouchers must be used by one person in a single visit
- Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
Gift vouchers are purchased and redeemed via our booking system.
Health, suitability & consultation
Some treatments require a consultation, patch test, or medical questionnaire.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate health information
- Treatments may be refused or postponed if it is not safe to proceed
- Booking fees are not refundable if treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed contraindications
