These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients booking treatments, consultations, or purchasing gift vouchers associated with Blissimo Skin & Body Clinic (“Blissimo”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking an appointment, attending a treatment, or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Bookings & Payments
- All appointments are booked and managed via Timely, our third-party booking system.
- Blissimo Beauty does not process payments directly through this website.
- Prices are displayed for guidance and are confirmed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Prices confirmed at booking will be honoured.
3. Booking Fees & Deposits
- All online appointments require a non-refundable booking fee per treatment.
- The booking fee is deducted from the total treatment cost at checkout on the day of your appointment.
- Booking fees are held securely within your Timely account.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please read this section carefully.
Cancellations and Changes
- No cancellations or appointment changes are permitted within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment.
- If an appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the booking fee will be carried over and stored on your account for use against a future appointment.
- If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 48 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations
- All no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment price.
- This charge will be automatically taken from the card used to secure the booking via Timely.
These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and clinic time.
5. Consultations & Suitability
- A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments.
- Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or recent procedures.
- Blissimo reserves the right to refuse, modify, or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment, where stated.
6. Age Restrictions
- Clients must be 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.
- Some treatments may not be suitable for under-18s even with parental consent.
- Valid identification may be requested.
7. Treatment Results & Expectations
- All treatments are carried out with the highest professional care.
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- Where courses of treatment are recommended, this is based on professional assessment and experience.
- Maintenance treatments may be required to sustain results.
- No refunds are provided for completed treatments.
8. Aftercare & Responsibility
- Aftercare advice will be provided where appropriate.
- Clients are responsible for following all aftercare guidance.
- Blissimo cannot be held responsible for adverse effects caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or by undisclosed medical information.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are purchased and redeemed via Timely and are subject to the following terms:
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.
- Blissimo Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
- Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
If not received within 4 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
10. Refunds
- Refunds are not available for completed treatments.
- Refunds are not available for booking fees or gift vouchers.
- Any concerns must be raised promptly so they can be addressed appropriately.
11. Complaints
- We aim to provide a high standard of service at all times.
- If you have a concern, please raise it as soon as possible so we can resolve it fairly.
- Complaints should be directed to info@blissimobeauty.co.uk.
12. Third-Party Services
- Bookings, payments, and vouchers are managed via Timely.
- Blissimo is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or outages relating to third-party systems.
13. Changes to These Terms
- Blissimo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The latest version will always be published on this website.
